Posts and header are 10″ x 10″ cedar; notched and attached with screwed plates. Sign panel background is made of cedar 2×6’s bolted together, no glue. Bolts go through the front steel panel to the hanger straps where the backside runs long. All dark brown steel parts are 3/16″ and laser-cut, then powder-coated. Letters are 1/4″ aluminum, water-jet cut and anodized clear.
