Olufson Designs

All the logo parts, lettering and border are cnc router-cut from 2″ thick panels of HDU (high density urethane). All corners are radiused with a portable hand router. After extensive prep work, the logo and letters are gilded is 23K gold leaf. Background is 2 panels of ACM (aluminum composite material) pre-finished in gloss black. A frame of welded 2″ square aluminum tubes on the backside holds everything together. Fasteners are all hidden under the HDU parts.
