Steel is real! Three stacked layers are all laser-cut steel. Bottom and top layers are mild steel and powder-coated. The middle layer is stainless for a subtle dose of bling. Lettering around perimeter is vinyl. Was a fun design process to brainstorm then acquire the inked calligraphy from the appropriate source.
