Letters are cnc laser-cut from 1/2″ (top line) and 1/4″ (bottom line) black acrylic. The laser creates a very polished ‘wet ice cube’ look on the edges. The curved panel is flexed stainless steel. It’s attached to a welded 1″ square tube framework that also holds the stainless center forward. The background has cutout vinyl graphics adhered to gloss black router-cut ACM panels and attached to the same welded aluminum frame.
